Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon crushed gingerroot
- 1⁄2 cup crushed pineapple
- 1⁄4 teaspoon msg (optional)
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form 20 balls.
- Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or broil until brown.
- Serve hot.
