Pineapple Macadamia Tart

Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1⁄2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Bake crust 8 minutes.
- Spread drained crushed pineapple on bottom of crust.
- Combine whipping cream, sugar, and flour; mix for 2 minutes until sugar dissolves. Pour over pineapple.
- Sprinkle with macadamia nuts.
- Bake tart until filling is bubbly and crust is golden, 30 minutes.
- Chill 4 hours before serving.
