Pineapple Ham Bean Bake

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1⁄2 lb baked ham, chopped (2 cups)
- 1 (15 ounce) can butter beans, drained
- 2 (15 ounce) cans barbecue beans, undrained
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- In a shallow casserole,combine onion, pineapple chunks, ham, butter beans, barbecue beans and their liquid, vinegar, and mustard.
- Bake uncovered, 35 minutes, until very hot and bubbly.
