Pineapple-Cranberry Squares

Ingredients
- 2 (3 ounce) boxes raspberry gelatin
- 1 1⁄2 cups boiling water
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple
- 16 ounces whole cranberry sauce
- 3⁄4 cup port wine (I substitute cranberry juice)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in undrained pineapple; cranberry sauce, wine and pecans. Put in 9 x 13 pan and chill. Soften cream cheese and beat in sour cream until smooth. Spread over gelatin when it is set. Cut into 3" squares and serve on a lettuce leaf.
