Pineapple-coconut Smoothies

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped pineapple, frozen
- 1 medium banana, cut into 1/2 inch slices, frozen
- 3⁄4 cup unsweetened light coconut milk, chilled
- 3⁄4 cup orange juice, chilled
Directions
- In beldner, combine coconut milk and orange juice; add pineapple and banana. Cover and blend until smooth. If desired, garnish each serving with shaved coconut.
