Pineapple Coconut Popsicles

Yields: 8 popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute
Directions
- Mix the ingredients together, stirring to blend in the splenda.
- Taste and add more splenda if desired.
- Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze for several hours or overnight. Serve cold and enjoy!
