Ingredients
- 125 g cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 225 g crushed pineapple (well drained)
Directions
- Beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
- Add the sour cream and the crushed pineapple.
- Blend well.
- Serve well chilled.
- Serve with potato crisps/chippies or savoury biscuits.
- NOTE:.
- Cook time is chilling time.
