Pineapple Carrot Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2⁄3 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup carrot, grated
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
Directions
- Mix in order given and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- You can use paper lined muffin cups, if you wish.
