Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons of fresh mint, chopped
- 1 pineapple, peeled, sliced very thin
Directions
- Using a pestle and mortar, bash the sugar and the mint together.
- Lay out the pineapple slices, overlapping on a plate and sprinkle over the mint sugar.
- Serve.
