Pineapple Cake for Those in a Rush! One Bowl, Easy!

This is one of those one-bowl, no brainers which makes a delicious, moist cake when you have no time to fuss. It is best frosted with a simple white frosting, or be creative and flavor as you wish. Show more

Yields: 1 cake

Ingredients

  • 2  cups flour
  • 1  cup sugar
  • 1 12 teaspoons baking soda
  • 20  ounces  crushed pineapple in juice
  • 2  eggs
  • 12 cup  oil

Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Add the wet stuff.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour into lightly greased 9" x13" pan.
  5. Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes, or until brown.
  6. Cool and frost.
  7. Freezes well.
