Pineapple Bomber Cocktail

Nicely sweet and coconutty. Try to use Amaretto di Saronno in this as your amaretto. I think it really makes a difference. Show more

Ingredients

  • 1  ounce  coconut rum (can use Parrot Bay or Malibu)
  • 1  ounce Amaretto (I like Amaretto di Saronno)
  • 4  ounces  pineapple juice
  •  ice (as needed)

Directions

  1. Stir together rum, amaretto and juice and pour over ice.
  2. Garnish with fresh fruit or a cherry, if desired.
