Pineapple Banana Coconut Bread

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup mashed banana
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1⁄2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1⁄2 cup shredded coconut
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
- Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
- Fold in banana, pineapple, coconut and nuts. Pour mixture into a greased and floured loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes, remove to wire rack.
