Pina Colada Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 (18 1/4ounce) box  yellow cake mix or 1 (18 1/4ounce) box  butter recipe cake mix
• 1  teaspoon  coconut extract
• 1  teaspoon  rum extract
• 1  cup flaked coconut
• 1⁄2-1  cup  nuts, chopped
• 1 (8 ounce) can  undrained crushed pineapple

Directions

1. Prepare cake mix following package instructions.
2. Add other ingredients.
3. Mix 1 minute- don't over-mix.
4. Grease muffin tins and fill 3/4 full.
5. Bake at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes.
