Pina Colada Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) box angel food cake mix
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
- 1⁄2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon rum extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour into lined muffin tins.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until done.
- Cool for five minutes.
- Transfer to cooling rack until completely cooled.
