Pimiento Cheese

Yields: 1 1/2 Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups  shredded cheddar cheese
  • 14 cup mayonnaise
  • 4  ounces  jar pimientos, sliced, drained and chopped
  • 2  tablespoons scallions, minced
  •  hot sauce (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine cheese, mayonnaise, pimientos, scallions and hot sauce (if using) in a medium bowl.
