PIMENTO CHEESE SANDWICH

Ingredients
- 1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1⁄2 cup monterey jack with jalapeno pepper cheese, grated
- 0.5 (4 ounce) package light cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon red onion, finely chopped
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄16 teaspoon cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 1⁄16 teaspoon sea salt (to taste)
- 1⁄16 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
- 4 dashes hot sauce (to taste)
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. With a hand mixer, process until the mixture is very well combined and spreadable, stopping to clean the sides of the bowl.
- Cover with plastic wrap making sure it touches the surface to prevent from drying out and chill for 30 minutes before making the sandwiches.
