Pillsbury Bakeoff Texas Two Step Cole Slaw

Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 3⁄4 cup diced red onion
- 2 minced green serrano chilies
- 2 tablespoons minced cilantro
- 11 ounces mexicorn, drained
- 4 ounces grated cheddar cheese
- 3⁄4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions
- In a salad bowl put the green cabbage, red cabbage, red onion, green chilies, cilantro, can of Mexicorn (corn with green and red bell peppers), and the cheddar cheese. Stir to combine.
- Combine the ranch dressing, lime juice and ground cumin.
- Right before serving pour the dressing ingredients over the salad and quickly stir.
- Serve at once.
