Ingredients
- 1 1⁄3 cups water
- 2 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 3⁄4 cups bread flour
- 1⁄2 cup dry buttermilk
- 1⁄3 cup wheat bran
- 3 tablespoons flax seed meal
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Directions
- Place ingredients in order in bread machine pan (or in order recommended by manufacturer.
- Run on basic or whole wheat cycle.
