Pig Pickin' Cake

Ingredients
Cake
- 10 ounces yellow cake mix
- 3⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 11 ounces mandarin oranges (DO NOT drain)
Filling or Icing
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple (DO NOT drain)
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 3 ounces instant vanilla pudding
Directions
- Cake: Combine ingredients in mixer.
- Pour into buttered and floured 9 inch round cake pans.
- Bake as box directs until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool layers and cut each in half -- to make four layers.
- Icing: Fill between each layer with tons of icing and then cover outside. Decorate with sliced fruit. I've used kiwis, grapes, strawberries, mandarin oranges, blueberries, and pineapples.
