Ingredients
ONE CRUST PIE
- 1⁄3 cup Crisco
- 1 teaspoon Crisco
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 -3 tablespoons cold water
BUTTER PIE CRUST
- 2 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 cup butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup cold water
VINEGAR PIE CRUST
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1⁄3 cups Crisco
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 6 teaspoons water
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
FRIED PIE CRUST
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup Crisco
- 1 teaspoon Crisco
- 1 egg
- 1⁄3 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
Directions
- Cut crisco into flour and salt.
- Add cold water and mix (except for the vinegar and fried piecrust you add the egg and vinegar and water).

- Mix everything together and roll out on floured surface.

- Cut flour into crisco and salt, add egg, water, and vinegar.
- Mix well and roll out on floured surface.
- Add the filling of your choice and fry in hot oil.
