Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can yellow hominy
- 2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans
- 1 tomatoes, diced small
- 1⁄4 cup onion, diced small
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1⁄2 cup minced fresh jalapeno pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- salt and pepper
- 1⁄2 cup water
Directions
- Rinse and drain hominy and beans.
- In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients and heat throughly.
