Pickles

Yields: 3-4 jars
Ingredients
- 3 -4 lbs pickling cucumbers
- 6 tablespoons sea salt (dissolved in 2 quarts of water)
- 4 tablespoons dill (fresh or dried works)
- 4 -6 garlic cloves (peeled and smashed)
Directions
- soak the cucumbers in cold water for 2-3 hours,then gently rinse.
- Divide dill and garlic among wide mouthed glass jars.Add cucumbers to jar then cover with the salt water making sure they're fully submerged.
- Cover with a clean lid and allow to ferment on the counter.Taste your pickles every couple of days ;they are ready when you are satisfied with the taste(usually 5-10 days.) When done store in refrigerator and enjoy. :).
