Pickled Potato Salad

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 2 -3 large potatoes
- 1⁄2 cup of chopped pickle
- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 3⁄4 cup buttermilk ranch dressing
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Directions
- Chop potatoes to bite size and boil until tender.
- Mix ranch dressing, mayo, salt and pepper in bowl.
- Add potatoes, celery, eggs, and pickles to bowl and mix gently.
- Garnish with pickle slices if you like.
