Pickled Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 2 lbs mushrooms
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 bay leaves
- 1⁄2 teaspoon thyme
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 12 peppercorns
- 2 garlic cloves
Directions
- Combine all except Mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes. Add Mushrooms and simmer 5 more minutes.
