Pickled Gazpacho

Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 cups tomatoes, chopped fresh
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup sweet pickle (fresh cucumber pickles)
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle juice
- 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
- 1 dash oregano
Directions
- In a blender or food processor, blend half of the ingredients until finely chopped.
- Pour into bowl and repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Chill thoroughly.
