Picado De Rábano (Guatemalan Radish Salad)

Serves: 2-4
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb radish, trimmed and sliced into thin rounds (approx 250 grams)
- 1⁄8 cup mint, finely chopped
- 1⁄8 cup orange juice
- 1⁄8 cup lemon juice
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together and chill well before serving.
- Needs at least 30 minutes chill time for the flavours to blend.
