  1. Brown beef and onions until carmelization starts.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Bring to a steady simmer, turn down and let simmer stirring occasionally until vegetables are cooked (about 50 minutes).
  4. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.
