Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (4oz)
- 1⁄4 cup chopped green onion
- French bread, chunks
Directions
- Heat cream cheese and milk in fondue pot or saucepan over low heat; stir until smooth. Add cheddar cheese; stir constantly until melted. Stir in onion.
- Dip bread chunks into fondue.
- Keep fondue hot while serving.
