  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Sauté onions and mushrooms in butter.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish, reserving 1/4 c of the cheese.
  4. Stir in a little water or juice from tomatoes if it appears dry.
  5. Top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes.
