Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (no need to use extra virgin, the less expensive is just fine)
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 5 tablespoons honey
- 1 1⁄2 cups whole spelt flour
- 1 3⁄4 cups light spelt flour
- 1 cup kamut flour
- 2 tablespoons pure malt drink powder
- 1 tablespoon yeast
Directions
- Put ingredients in bread machine pan in order suggested by the maker.
- Use the “light crust” 2lb basic white cycle (not rapid) as spelt and kamut don’t like to be over worked or over baked.
- This will freeze well.
