Petite Peas With Thyme and Garlic

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen baby peas
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- seasoning salt
- fresh ground pepper
Directions
- Heat oil, garlic and peas in a skillet.
- Add thyme and lettuce.
- Mix well, then cover and steam over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Peas should be bright but tender and lettuce should be wilted.
- Add seasoned salt and pepper to taste.
