Pesto Tortellini Salad

This was adapted from a recipe in Better Homes and Gardens. We call this the "Family Salad" in our house. We each have a favourite ingredient that we put in. So easy to make and lasts for a few days in the fridge. Try different types of cheeses in place of the cheddar. Havarti with jalapeno works very well. Be sure to use the prepared oil & vinegar dressing. Show more
