Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup walnuts
- 1 1⁄2 cups basil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Directions
- In a food processor or blender, chop walnuts and garlic, and add basil slowly and pulse until both walnuts and basil is chopped. Turn food processor on low/medium and add water and olive oil. Next add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste - I usually use 2 tablespoon lemon juice, a 1/8 tsp salt, and a pinch of pepper -- and Vio-La!
