Pesto-Coated Chicken

Ingredients
- 3 -4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
- 1⁄4 cup plus 1 tablespoon pesto sauce
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons sour cream
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a baking pan with PAM.
- Cut the breast halves into 1/2-inch cutlets and arrange on prepared pan.
- Combine remaining ingredients and brush over chicken.
- Bake 8-10 minutes in preheated oven.
