Pesto Cheese Tarts

Ingredients

• 2⁄3 cup chopped tomato
• 1⁄3 cup  reduced-fat mayonnaise
• 1⁄4 cup  shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
• 3  tablespoons  shredded parmesan cheese
• 2  teaspoons  prepared pesto sauce
• 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
• 1 (2 1/8ounce) package frozen miniature phyllo tart shells

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except tart shells. Spoon by heaping teaspoonfuls into shells.
3. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 8-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
