Pesto Caesar Tomato Salad

• Serves: 6

Ingredients

• 3  large tomatoes, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices (about 12 oz each)
• 1⁄3 cup  caesar salad dressing
• 2  tablespoons  grated onions
• 2  tablespoons basil pesto
•  salt and pepper

Directions

1. Overlap sliced tomatoes on serving patter.
2. In small bowl, whisk together dressing, onion, and pesto.
3. Drizzle dresssing over tomatoes.
4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired.
