Pesto Bread

This recipe came from my bread maker recipe book. It's one the few recipes that I really do from it. It tastes nice and smells great as well. Much better than a lot of herb breads. Worth a try.

• Ready In: 3 hrs 5 mins
• Yields: 1 1.5 lb loaf

Ingredients

• 1  cup water
• 2  tablespoons olive oil
• 1⁄4 cup  finely chopped fresh parsley (or 2 tbsp dried parsley)
• 1⁄4 cup  grated parmesan cheese
• 2  teaspoons dried basil leaves
• 2  teaspoons sugar
• 1  garlic clove, minced
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 3 1⁄4 cups bread flour
• 1  teaspoon  yeast

Directions

1. Put all the ingredients in the bread machine according to manufacturer's input order.
2. Bake on basic bread cycle.
