Peruvian Energy Balls

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup puffed wheat cereal (i.e. quinoa or amaranth)
- 1 cup dried dates
- 1⁄2 cup sweetened coconut
- 1⁄4 cup almonds or 1⁄4 cup cashews
- 1⁄4 cup brown sesame seed
- 1⁄4 cup raisins
- 1 -2 tablespoon honey (use enough to form balls)
Directions
- Add all ingredients to food processor and blend well.
- Hand form into small balls and place in refrigerator to harden.
