Persistence Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can baby green peas
- 1 (15 ounce) can French style green beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can white corn
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 ounce chopped pimiento
Dressing
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 2⁄3 cup cider vinegar
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Heat the dressing and after it has cooked, pour over the combined salad ingredients.
- Set overnight.
