Persimmon Black Walnut Cake

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup persimmon pulp
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour, plus
- 6 teaspoons flour
- 2⁄3 teaspoon baking powder
- 2⁄3 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1⁄4 cup chopped black walnut
Directions
- blend dry ingreduents together, add butter milk and persimmon pulp.
- Mix well, add egg and walnuts.
- Pour into greased 8x8 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 for 35 min or until test done.
