Perky Pineapple Cheese Ball

Yields: 1 cheese ball
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained,save juice
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup chopped fresh onion (depending on taste)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together to form a ball.
- If stiff, use juice from pineapple.
- Roll in chopped pecans and (or) walnuts.
- Serve with party crackers.
