Perfect Pizza Dough

Yields: 1 large pizza
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups bread flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fast rising yeast (quick rise)
- 1⁄2-2⁄3 cup lukewarm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- sift the flour and salt into large mixing bowl.
- stir in yeast
- make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Pour the water and oil in to the well.
- mix with a spoon to a soft dough.
- turn out dough on lightly floured surface and knead for about 7-10 mins until dough is smooth and elastic.
- place dough in a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until the dough has doubled its size
- punch down the dough and knead again for 2-3 minutes
- roll or strech out dough to fit pizza pan. top with sauce and cheese.
- place in 425 F preheated over for 15-20 mins until crisp and golden.
