  1. Boil Potatoes and drain.
  2. Peel and Slice Potatoes (as for chips) and put in a large bowl.
  3. Chop onions and olives. Add to bowl.
  4. Drain pimentos and dice. Add to bowl.
  5. Pour a bit of olive juice over the contents of the bowl.
  6. Add ground Mustard and celery seed.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
  9. May be served Hot or Cold.
  10. If served cold more mayonnaise may need to be added.
