Perfect Perogy Casserole

I found this recipe in the flyer of a food store, and later found it on the Cheemo Perogies website. It's a great dish to serve perogies with a different twist on them. I've substituted sausage for the ham and that works just as good. I've never microwaved this dish so I can't tell you how well it would turn out. Show more

  1. In a small skillet melt butter or margarine and saute onion and green pepper for 5 minutes.
  2. In a medium size casserole dish, combine frozen perogies, onion, green pepper and ham.
  3. Combine milk and mushroom soup and pour over casserole.
  4. Top with cheddar cheesse.
  5. Bake 35 minutes at 175C (350F) or microwave until heated through.
