Perfect Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground Italian sausage
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 2 teaspoons basil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350.
- Mix all ingredients together thoroughly (use your hands for best results).
- Roll into golf ball size meatballs.
- Arrange on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, turning over halfway through.
