Percolator Punch for the Holidays

The perfect hot punch. It is so simple to whip up for a large crowd, and they like it. You have to have a 30 cup percolator, or use the conversion chart.

• Yields: 60 1/2 cups

Ingredients

• 8  cups  pineapple juice
• 8  cups cranberry juice
• 1  cup brown sugar
• 2  tablespoons whole cloves
• 4  cinnamon sticks, broken
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Combine juices in percolater and add water to 30-cup line. Put spices in basket. Let "perk" through cycle.
