Peppery Shrimp Noodles

Ingredients
- 9 ounces egg noodles
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns, crushed
- 1 red chili pepper, deseeded and chopped
- 4 ounces baby corn
- 2 bok choy, chopped
- 7 ounces raw small shrimp, peeled
- 2 ounces bean sprouts (optional)
Directions
- Boil the noodles according to pack instructions and drain.
- Fry the peppercorns in the oil along with the chili, baby corn and bok choi. Stir fry for 1 min, add the shrimp and fry until pink.
- Add the noodles and beansprouts and heat through before serving.
