Peppery Cabbage Salsa

They serve this salsa at my favorite local restaurant. It is very tasty. Black pepper, lime and cabbage make it interesting.

• Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cabbage, chopped fine. about 2 cups
• 3 -4  medium tomatoes, diced
• 1  medium onion, diced
• 1 -1 1⁄2  jalapeno, chopped fine without seeds
• 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup  chopped cilantro
• 3 -4  chopped garlic cloves
• 1 -2  lime, juice of
• 1  teaspoon fresh ground black pepper, at least
• 1  teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

1. combine all ingredients. You should be able to see the black pepper and taste the lime.
