Pepperoni and Mozzarella Monkey Bread

Ingredients

  • 2  loaves  frozen bread dough
  • 12 lb  pepperoni
  • 13 cup butter, melted
  • 1  lb  cubed mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Defrost bread.
  2. Cut each loaf into 60 pieces.
  3. Cut cheese and pepperoni into 120 pieces each.
  4. Spread out dough with your fingers and place one piece of cheese and one piece of pepperoni inside.
  5. Seal dough tightly.
  6. Dip each piece in melted butter and pile in a bundt pan.
  7. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
