Pepperoncini-Cream Cheese Dip

I found this recipe on a website. I absoulutely LOVE Pepperoncini and I am sure this will be fabulous! Can't wait to try it!

• Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

• 1 (10 ounce) jar  pepperoncini peppers, drained and stemmed
• 8  ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1⁄4 cup  grated parmesan cheese
• 1⁄2 cup sour cream

Directions

1. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add first 3 ingredients.
2. Pulse several times or until smooth.
3. Stir in sour cream. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.
